It would be great if we could add service fees as a separate feature that can be applied to an invoice total, rather than adding them through the tax settings and having it calculated on each individual line item.

At the moment, if we use the tax field to add a service fee, the invoice header is automatically changed to "Tax Invoice", which is not always correct, especially for businesses that are not VAT registered or when the charge is a service fee rather than a tax.
