currently it only allows you to add a credit 1 by 1, it would be helpful to have it added by bulk either by email or name

Current calendar view shows all classes - cancelled and current. I'd like a toggle or a switch to be able to hide the cancelled classes. It starts to get busy on the calendar during school holiday times when the regular classes are cancelled but we've added holiday classes.

It would be very helpful if the calendar view would show how many students were marked present in a class. As of now, the registrations (i.e. 15/20) are there by default, but if I want to know how many people actually attended that class, I must open the class and manually count how many were present. Perhaps I could get aggregate information on this in the Reports section, but having it for quick viewing on the calendar would be beneficial. If this is a feature that already exists, please point me in the right direction. Thank you!

Please provide an option to delete individual subjects from a package. At the moment, if we no longer want a subject included, we have to delete the entire package and create it again with only the subjects we want to keep. This process is very time-consuming, especially when we are updating packages with different pricing structures for different subjects.

Request to improve the current Resources / File Manager - its very useful for us. Pls include a "Latest First" default view, search and filtering (by file type/name/date), and clear list-view sorting for students and teachers. Currently, when Teachers upload a file, the student gets an email mentioning File Name with a link. But the link doesnt lead to specific file, it only shows the Resources section with random files. There is no way to search or sort to find the specific file. If we can have folders as well, it would be great - so we can demarcate different types of files per student (Admin/Lesson Notes/Homework/Performance/Exams etc).

Ensure our students never miss a critical update or promotion with this fix. By adding custom content blocks to the automated emails/notifications, we can highlight rule changes, timings, upcoming events, products promos or services directly in notifications. It’s subtle and the easiest way to keep our community regularly informed without sending extra "broadcast" emails.

It would be advantageous to have a feature that automatically generates referral coupons when a new user registers using the email of an existing customer. This automation would streamline the referral process, encouraging more users to refer others and enhancing customer acquisition efforts.

I want to send data to external platforms like SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or invoice applications through automation. Currently, there is no option to send data outside Classcard, and having this capability would greatly enhance the functionality.
