I would like to check whether Classcard allows us to configure age eligibility for our programmes based on an athlete's year of birth rather than their exact date of birth.

Currently, some of our programmes have age restrictions. For example, our VK Kids programme caters to children aged 7 to 11.

However, my understanding is that Classcard currently determines eligibility based on the athlete's exact date of birth.

We would prefer to adopt a calendar-year approach, whereby any child born in 2019 would be considered 7 years old for the entire year of 2026, regardless of whether they have celebrated their birthday.

This would mean that children born between 2015 and 2019 would be eligible for our 7–11 age group throughout 2026.

Could you kindly advise whether this configuration is currently supported by Classcard? If not, would it be possible to explore implementing this functionality?

We believe this would provide greater consistency in our enrolment process and simplify age eligibility management across our programmes.
