is there any plan in incorporating AI API function or equivlanet so that we can link whatsapp communiation with data in system, so customer can book edit cancel directly via chat with whatsapp

Hi! Yes, we are in beta with this. You can now directly connect Whatsapp (Integrations > WhatsApp) and explore AI bot from Chat > Settings icon.

classcard thanks for sharing , i see it is available to send reminder from whatsapp. we want more about ability to act like AI agent that can automatically answer customer enquiry about classes and make new booking or changes to booking
