Set Class Eligibility by Year of Birth 🎂

Not every academy groups students by their current age. Some organise classes by birth year, particularly when running age-based groups such as U10 or U12.
📅  You can now choose whether to restrict class bookings by age or year of birth
 when publishing a class.
What's new?
Choose how to restrict a class
 - In the Age filter
, pick By age
 or By year of birth
. A class uses one rule at a time.
Set a birth-year range
 - Under By year of birth
, pick a From year
 and To year
 (a single year works too). A range covers full calendar years, so 2016 to 2019 means 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2019.
Shown and applied on online booking
 - The selected eligibility rule is displayed on the Online Booking page and determines which students are eligible to book the class. Classes appear under the matching age groups in the booking-page age filter.
This makes it easier to manage birth-year-based groups and keep class eligibility consistent throughout the season, without manually converting birth years into ages.
