within Chat Settings to give you more control over how your assistant responds.What’s new:

AI Assistant Toggle:
Once the AI assistant is enabled, you see three tabs:- Identity– Define your assistant’s persona and branding
- Knowledge– Manage the information it can use to respond
- Guidance– Control tone, style, and response behavior
